Personalized concierge medicine is a membership-based approach to primary care that allows your physician to spend more time understanding your health, medical history, concerns, and long-term goals. The focus is on accessibility, prevention, thoughtful medical decision-making, and coordination of care.
-
Traditional medical practices often care for a large number of patients and may have limited time for each appointment. Our practice maintains a smaller patient panel, allowing for longer visits, easier access, more comprehensive preventive planning, and closer follow-up.
-
Our practice operates primarily as a direct-pay personalized medicine practice. Membership services are not billed to commercial insurance. Patients may continue to use their insurance for services provided outside the practice, including laboratory testing, imaging, medications, specialist care, emergency services, and hospitalization.
-
Membership benefits may include:
Longer, unhurried appointments
Same-day or next-business-day appointments when available
Direct communication with your physician
Office and telehealth visits included under the membership agreement
Comprehensive annual health evaluation
Personalized preventive-care planning
Management of acute and chronic medical conditions
Medication review and management
Review of laboratory and imaging results
Coordination with specialists
Follow-up after emergency-room visits or hospitalization
Lifestyle and cardiovascular-risk guidance
The exact benefits are described in the membership agreement.Item description
