Our concierge membership is designed for patients who value direct physician access and a more attentive, evidence-based approach to primary care, disease prevention, and longevity.
Patient responsibility:
If an urgent matter is not answered within a reasonable timeframe by text
or secure message, patients should follow up with a direct phone call.
For a medical emergency, patients should call 911 or seek immediate
emergency care.
